Two top executives from EQ Bank, Chief Financial Officer Anilisa Sainani and Chief Information Officer Janet Lin, have been named among the 2026 Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winners by WXN Media. Announced on September 9, 2026, the prestigious awards recognize outstanding female leaders across Canada whose innovation and vision shape their respective industries and communities. Sainani was selected in the Executive Leadership category, while Lin was honoured in the AI & Technology category.

This double-recognition highlights a transformative year for Canada’s self-proclaimed "Challenger Bank". EQ Bank is currently managing major strategic milestones, including the technology and corporate integration of its PC Financial acquisition, continuous investments in artificial intelligence, and rapid consumer growth.
