Election: Trillium Party’s Frank DeLuca Stands Seeks True Democracy for Oakville-North Burlington Voters

Hello I’m Frank DeLuca, Oakville-North Burlington Candidate with the Trillium Party of Ontario. We are something different andsomething better.

I’ve lived in this area my whole life; worked here in manufacturing over 25 years and proud to be a part of this community.  The rapid growth and changes we’ve  seen over the years will continue, and I want to make sure our community remains intact with all the services we have and will need for growth.

The Trillium policies we stand for are genuine. We oppose the carbon tax; we want to regain control of our Hydro supply; we believe the sex education curriculum needs to have the input of the parents before it’s distributed; we want child care tax incentives for in-home care; we want to educate our youth for future skilled jobs; and most importantly, full disclosure of public expenditures.

In my experience, working in the auto industry, I’ve learned that there is always a better way to do things.  I want to apply those skills that I’ve mastered within our government.

I want to remove redundancy and find efficient solutions to maintain our services as we continue to grow.  I will ask ‘why’, repeatedly, until we get to the root of the problems, so we can implement the right solutions the first time without waste.

Through my experience I will find efficiencies to offset expenditures as I’ll know where to look, I’ve lived that life, year after year, as it was necessary to stay competitive within the markets. I don’t need to remind you that the company that taught me was the only one that didn’t need a bailout from the government, but found a way to cut costs and survive during the economic downturn in that industry.

I’ve acquired the leadership experience to ensure that our voice is heard in legislature, and to make the necessary improvements to maintain this community as a great place to raise a family with rooves over our heads, food on the table and a safe environment.

I will bring forward the ideas from the community, providing the voters a voice at Queen’s Park – that is true democracy.

Vote Trillium on June 7th and make the change for our future.                  Thank You.
